How to raise a purchase request

  1. Click the "Submit a Purchase Request" button
  2. Fill in the required details
  3. Review and submit the request
  4. After submission, DO NOT close the form browser. You will receive a confirmation once it's safe to close the form browser.
  5. Track the status of your request using the "View Purchase Requests" button.
